Time off
We enjoy our work but we want to have time to explore the world, to spend time with our friends and family. Or alone. All people get at least 22.5 days of paid time off every year.
Health insurance
Until we get free universal healthcare we pay 90 percent of premiums for medical, dental and vision for all our employees, and 50 percent for their spouses, dependents and partners
Hardship leave
When life hits, it can hit hard. We want to be there to support in any way we can. If something serious happens with your family, Binarydots gives at minimum five days paid time off. We know that might not be enough so additional time is given as needed.
Profit sharing
We’re all in this together. That means that when the bottom line is extra juicy we all share in the results of our hard work. We give out half of any increase in profits equally to all our people as a bonus.

Free food pass
There’s something magical about eating together. We offers catered lunches every weekday and also free DIY breakfasts as well as drinks and snacks.
